Music Video Concept and Creative Direction

Music Video Concept and Creative Direction

I produced and directed the music video for H.Mill’s album release single "Money Love Me". Conceived as a satirical commentary on wealth, ego, and the pursuit of status, the video uses exaggerated visual motifs to playfully examine the aesthetics of excess. Dubai served as both setting and subject, offering a cinematic backdrop that amplified the narrative’s tongue in cheek tone.

I led the project end to end, shaping creative direction, filming, editing, and production logistics. The shoot involved orchestrating multiple locations and experiences including yachts, desert landscapes, camels, and jet skis to construct a high energy visual narrative while maintaining tight control of budget and schedule. The result was a cohesive statement piece aligned with the artist’s evolving identity and positioned as his first professionally scaled visual release.

Release and Audience Impact

Release and Audience Impact

The video launched alongside the album rollout and generated strong organic traction, surpassing 100,000 views on YouTube and catalyzing local buzz around the artist in Dubai. Beyond viewership, the project marked a shift in production value and artistic positioning for H.Mill, establishing a visual language that carried forward into subsequent releases.

For me, the project served as an early exploration of artist led creative production, combining narrative intent, cultural context, and logistical execution into a unified piece of work.
